These are typical dimensions, not fixed options — every board is quoted once we confirm your brief. Larger boards may affect weight, shipping and lead time. Thickness is the timber only; with the brass feet, overall height is approx. 10mm more.

What every bespoke board includes

A bespoke board is built to your own dimensions, in your choice of timber, with our signature brass detail. Made for everyday chopping, carving a roast, laying out cheese and charcuterie — custom-sized to your bench or your table, with the option to add laser engraving for a wedding or engagement gift, or whatever you have in mind.

The brass

A line of solid brass is inlaid along each long side, set flush into the timber. Four brass feet, set underneath, raise the board off the bench.

The timber

  • Spotted Gum — deep, warm chestnut brown, straight and fine-grained.
  • Blackbutt — warm honey-brown, even grain.
  • Tasmanian Oak — pale, warm blonde, light and straight-grained.
  • Tasmanian Blackwood — rich, dark chocolate-brown, fine and even.

Care

Hand-wash and towel-dry, with an occasional wipe of board conditioner to keep the timber sealed. Full care instructions are on the care page.
